The M365 Copilot App team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the development and integration of AI-driven features within our suite of applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and a passion for creating innovative solutions that enhance user experiences.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products or features.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Passion for creating user-centric products that leverage AI to solve real-world problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management OR software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI subfields.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI).
  • Knowledge of data privacy and ethical considerations in AI development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven features, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and marketing, to define product requirements and ensure successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Drive the prioritization and roadmap for AI initiatives, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI features and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
