We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Senior Product Manager (L63) to join our team, which is delivering a new, modern cloud service and cohesive admin experience called Microsoft 365 Lighthouse. Microsoft 365 Lighthouse enables Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to grow and support their Microsoft 365 SMB customers. This is achieved through AI-driven insights that assist in customer growth and by providing experiences that ensure the security and management of SMBs at scale.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to translate customer perspectives, industry needs, and business goals into experiences that administrators appreciate, while integrating intelligence throughout and enabling customers to derive maximum value from their Microsoft 365 subscription.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in multiple software product development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of shipping secure, high-quality software through all phases of the product lifecycle in a critical production environment.
• Deep understanding of managed service providers and the security management space.
• Possess excellent cross group and interpersonal skills necessary to articulate the business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
• Experience working effectively across teams to deliver results.
• Passion for experience and familiarity with UX design principles.
• Experience in designing and running A/B experiments.
• Growth Mindset with a desire to continually learn and apply new skills to a broad range of projects as you dig in to complex problems and create solutions that scale to a large system and codebase.

• Define the vision and strategy for Product + AI integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives by exercising a deep understanding of both SMB customers and partners.
• Stay abreast of M365 technologies and competitive solutions. Prioritize initiatives based on data, measure current performance, and track progress against metrics.
• Build consensus with partner teams to ensure cohesive experiences across Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines and teams (back-end, development, design, research, support, documentation, and marketing) to deliver comprehensive experiences, enhancing efficiency for IT administrators.
• Oversee feature specifications, feature delivery into production, and analysis and business planning.
• Present at executive meetings and customer conferences (e.g., Microsoft Ignite).
• Foster an inclusive work environment and champion diverse perspectives.
