Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing to lead the development Microsoft's Work Trend Index, coordinating survey design, report writing, data visualizations, and executing a breakthrough multi-channel communications plan that includes press, creators, events, social media, and internal communications.
- Lead an executive speaker program for industry events by partnering with the agency to identify, pitch, and staff events, manage onsite logistics, develop messaging, and contribute to brand creative and paid amplification tactics.
- Write bylines for outlets like Fortune, Harvard Business Review and Fast Company.
- Collaborate across teams to lead PR campaigns and announcements, manage reactive press inquiries, develop briefing books, prep executive spokespeople, write FAQs and messaging.
- As a lead on the team, you will also support annual planning and team development.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4 years experience in PR or communications focused on tech, thought leadership, research or consumer brands.
- Solid writing skills including experience creating blogs, articles, social media copy, executive talking points, brand messaging or the like for a business and end-user audience (writing samples required).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) people management experience.
- Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder and project management skills; can manage multiple workstreams on tight deadlines.
- Strategic, proactive, and creative, eager to try new tactics and skilled at turning ideas into action.
- Desire to serve as a leader, to guide and coach, and contribute to a positive team culture where everyone can thrive.
