We are hiring a Senior Finance Manager as a part of our Finance organization. This is an exciting opportunity to drive deep business impact in the Azure solution areas by leading key workstreams of Azure Databases and Migrations, while also driving engagement with Field and Finance teams through the Innovation Acceleration Program. As part of the MCAPS (Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions) Core Finance Azure Solution Area team, this role will partner closely with MCAPS Sales Leadership, Corporate and Area Field teams, and Finance partners on developing and landing impactful consumption analytics, new go to market motions, and sales execution engines that drive Azure business health. The role will also be part of the WW Azure Finance Community and will collaborate closely with Regional Product Leaders and Chief Financial Officer, Finance Leads at Corporate, and other product-aligned business leaders.

Responsibilities
Partnership:
- Collaborate across groups without direct authority to deliver high-impact results.
- Partner with MCAPS Sales, and Marketing to drive cloud consumption analytics supporting critical Azure motions across Databases and relevant solution plays, segments, and areas.
- Enable deeper understanding of key Azure workloads by building models that provide actionable insights and follow up with field leader across Sales and Finance orgs.
- Understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge business leads around new business opportunities / growth road map landscape.
- Develop and land scalable ROB frameworks that help simplify business performance analytics for Finance and Business Leadership Team.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and stakeholders - often under tight deadlines.
- Accountable for Finance content within MCAPS standard rhthym of business (e.g. monthly & quarterly reviews).
- Drive reporting and BI work-streams supporting key motions, focused primarily on Migration (including Commerce & Ecosystem Licensing) and Build & Modernize AI Apps.
- Present at Corporate Finance Leadership Team reviews and MCAPS Corporate Vice President Monthly Business Reports.
- Work closely with worldwide Azure controller community to focus on the key insights and projects to accelerate our growth.
- Identify finance best practices and share them broadly.
- Connect the dots and help Field Finance teams land the Corporate strategy or escalate issues and help needed.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or Finance work experience
- OR Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
- 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.
- 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
- Demonstration of (people) leadership, business partnering, and analytical strength.
- Deep understanding of finance revenue processes, ideally in Product Controllership.
- Executive maturity, business acumen, and presentation & communication skills.
