As a fast growing business we are currently looking for experienced software engineers who are passionate about building and constantly improving large scale services.

As a full stack Software Engineer on the, you will be working with product managers and other engineers to develop and enhance the services needed for Security Copilot. We constantly strive towards creating world class services by improving our reliability, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), monitoring and alerting, self-healing and ease of deployments.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Design and development of highly reliable, scalable, efficient, compliant and maintainable services
  • Own components but also end to end scenarios
  • Adding and optimizing monitoring coverage, including self-healing for services you own
  • Partner with internal partner teams to ensure we provide seamless experiences
  • Participating in the code reviews and design discussions of other engineers
  • Engage in service capacity planning and demand forecasting, service integration and geo-expansion, software performance analysis and system tuning.
  • Conduct periodic on call duties and drive changes back to the services based on the live site incidents.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience building, shipping and maintaining cloud services on Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or similar
Other Requirements

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
  • Experience working with ReactJS or similar technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Required design, problem solving and communication skills
  • Understanding of first party and third party security products and services is a plus

Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
