Overview
GitHub, the home for all developers, is looking for a motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to support the Platform Product Marketing team. In this role, you’ll bring your experience understanding developer platforms and CI/CD, to help communicate the unique value and capabilities of GitHub offerings to Enterprise customers. In this capacity you will collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Marketing and Global Field Marketing, and Microsoft to craft messaging and positioning, deliver formatted content to various audiences, and support the Product Marketing function in general.

Required Qualifications:
The base salary range for this job is USD $89,200.00 - USD $236,600.00 /Yr.
These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. At GitHub certain roles are eligible for benefits and additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These rewards are allocated based on individual impact in role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.

Responsibilities
Establish GitHub as the market leader for the Enterprise:
- Drive and own the GTM strategy for GitHub Enterprise features, build global and integrated BOMs, define GTM strategies and plans
- Communicate the value of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) to tell a holistic story of how automation features are crucial within our enterprise product
- Build and execute compelling messaging and positioning for GitHub’s solutions and implement across all customer facing channels
- Own product adoption goals in new and existing customers with effective customer success informed programs and marketing initiatives
- Create and execute on end-to-end launch strategies and metrics for new features and partner across teams to drive execution, foster effective relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Drive customer engagement and revenue impact through creation of effective presentation assets, conversation guides and other customer-facing materials, foster effective relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to lead and deliver differentiated customer value and company growth
- Support campaign messaging and strategy in partnership with Demand Generation team to meet goals
- Determine product and/or solution strategy based on customer needs, market and user research, competitive landscape, and GitHub's business goals and strategy.
- Influence senior partners in delivering the product experience in alignment with business strategy.
- Recommend strategic product development opportunities leveraging feedback from customers.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in Marketing
- OR Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in Marketing
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing in the developer space, SaaS, or relevant field.
- 5+ years of relevant work in technology marketing.
- 5+ years of experience with B2B software business models and the ability to support aligned programs to drive business growth.
- 9+ years of experience in Marketing
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 7+ years experience in Marketing
- OR Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in Marketing
- OR Doctorate in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in Marketing
- OR equivalent experience.
