The M365 Cloud Security team is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a proven history of delivering large-scale cybersecurity software solutions and a understanding of the identity management space. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, working closely with a team of world-class engineers and product managers across M365 Security and Azure services. Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 (M365) Security and Azure services.
- Work with engineering teams in 365 Security to build the tools and systems we need to effectively prevent and respond to threats.
- Work with our penetration testing, incident response teams, and business leaders to ensure that learnings from security incidents are prioritized and remediated.
- Collaborate closely with M365, Azure, and other security teams across Microsoft, as well as service teams to roll out the latest security capabilities.
- Define key success metrics and craft data-focused tracking of solution health and adoption.
- Report on project status in various reviews, partner briefings, & security conferences.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience shipping large scale software.
- 3+ years of experience with identifying and understanding the needs and expectations of customers, understanding market trends, and delivering solutions that create value for customers and the business.
- 3+ years of experience providing structure to an ambiguous problem space and defining KPIs/metrics.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years experience in product management
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in Entra, Azure, Microsoft Defender products.
- Able to tackle and solve ambiguous challenges and create clarity on the solution for all stakeholders – engineering, executives, marketing, partner teams.
- Customer empathy and ability to identify customer articulated and unarticulated needs.
- A drive for tackling technical challenges and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
- Proven ability to set vision, deliver and communicate solutions to complex technical problems.
