Responsibilities

As an Automation Tester specializing in Dynamics 365, you will be a key contributor to our quality assurance team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and quality of solutions built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Strategy:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and design comprehensive test plans and strategies for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for automated testing activities.
  
  

Test Automation Development:

• Design and implement automated test scripts using industry-standard testing tools for Dynamics 365.
• Automate functional, regression, and integration testing processes.
  
  

Data Migration And Integration Testing:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with integration teams to validate and verify system interactions.
  
  

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient testing processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate build and deployment verification.
  
  

Cross-Browser And Cross-Platform Testing:

• Conduct automated testing across different browsers and platforms to ensure compatibility.
• Identify and address issues related to diverse environments.
  
  

Defect Tracking And Reporting:

• Document and report defects using a systematic and detailed approach.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  
  

Documentation:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of automated test scripts, test plans, and testing processes.
• Provide clear and concise reports on test execution and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with minimum of 7+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of proven experience as an Automation Tester with a focus on Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or similar tools.
• Strong scripting and coding skills (e.g., C#, Java, or Python).
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, configurations, and customizations.
• Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
