Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced Principal Group Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers working on various product areas in Azure E+P. We are looking for candidates with strong communication and 15+ years of software product or services experience who are self-motivated and results driven. The role involves leading a high performing Product Management team. This role requires experience leading teams, envisioning the product strategy, and shipping products in an agile development model. This individual is expected to partner with stakeholders across organizations that’s distributed across multiple geographies for delivering products to customers across the globe.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience delivering Cloud related products and services
• Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and bias for action are very welcome.
• Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from ideation to in-market success and the know-how required to lead your team to realize your vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
• Ability to ramp up and go deep in new technical areas
• Experience working with teams across geographies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically to define and track success metrics for your areas.
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science with MBA a plus
• Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas would be a plus: Cloud Services, Kubernetes, Windows Server, Linux and User Experience.
