Responsibilities

We are looking for engineers with strong coding and engineering skills. The candidate should be comfortable dealing with open problems, new technologies and changing requirements, and should play different roles in the project as the need arises.

The candidate will be working closely with researchers, engineers and internal/external partners and take ownership of meeting project goals through building quality solutions. This also provides a great opportunity to receive mentoring as well as to mentor and lead interns and other team members.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors/master's in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of Hands-on experience in an object-oriented programming language such as C#, Java.
• Strong technical skills involving problem-solving, design and coding.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions at scale.
• Experience with distributed systems frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or Flink.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and data quality.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of agile or iterative Software Development Life Cycle.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Cross team and cross org collaboration.
