The Microsoft Design System team is looking for a Principal Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of innovation and systems thinking as we integrate generative AI across Microsoft products and redefine how humans interact with software.
In Fluent, we bring together a cross section of disciplines to create a unified vision of product design at scale. We celebrate different styles, voices, and views reflecting the diversity of our customers. We believe designing in the open empowers us all to move fast and build experiences without seams. Because we create better products together, we nurture and continuously evolve our culture and shared responsibilities.
Our team is focused on ensuring a feature-rich UX platform for Copilot and M365 products (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook) as well as Windows, Bing, and Edge. This team actively builds and contributes to open-source libraries, tools, and communities; and is focused on increasing adoption of Fluent within Microsoft and beyond.
Your focus is establishing and maintaining deep cross-product partnerships and uncovering unmet needs through collaborative processes. This will include using data to drive decision making, defining scope, prioritizing features, and collecting customer feedback in partnership with research and other Product Managers to deliver high-value design solutions at scale.
Responsibilities
As a Principal Product Manager in this role, you will be instrumental in building a large and vibrant Fluent community across Microsoft.
