As a Modern Work Channel Global Black Belt (GBB) you will be a senior solution sales leader within our enterprise sales organization working with our most important customers and partners to execute deals. You will lead a virtual team of sales, technical, partner, marketing, and engineering resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed solution sales and usage/consumption targets for related workloads. You will help customers evaluate their applications, recommend solutions that meet their requirements, remove roadblocks to deployment and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

The Modern Work Channel GBB team is responsible for strengthening our Microsoft channel with the introduction and commercialization of new Modern Work business opportunities. As a Channel GBB you will build and develop the partner channel in a select market or with a set of select partners business. You will be responsible for co-sell activities with these partners to the point of maturity and mainstreaming into our scale partner organizations (GPS). You will also be responsible for developing new partner types as defined by the strategy and marketing teams for this workload.

  • Responsible for channel build and expansion in Western Europe / EMEA regions supporting Microsoft 365 platform, including Copoilot for Microsoft 365, Viva, and other Teams workloads.
  • Engage and activate Hero Partners through sell-with motion and top deal execution
  • Develop and land graduation plan with GPS for incubation products and partners
  • Represent voice of field input into New Partner channel execution plans representing your area
  • Deliver executive level monthly review of the business focused on insights, outlooks and revenue/deal/co-sell motion performance

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

  • 9+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
  • 6+ years related partner channel sales experience
