Responsibilities

As a Product Community Growth Manager, you will be responsible for two key aspects of growing and engaging our vibrant and diverse product communities.

  • Nurturing and growing the community advocate programs, such as the Most Valuable Professional(MVP) program, that recognize and reward our most active and influential community members.
  • Using data-driven insights and strategies to increase the community engagement at scale, by creating and managing digital campaigns, events, content, and feedback channels that drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our products.

Be proficient in communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, as you will be working with various stakeholders across the organization and the community.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years demonstrated program management experience, working with stakeholders, executive reporting or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An understanding of both Power Platform & Dynamics 365 products.
  • Demonstrated experience with Data analysis and growing the product.

Customer Experience Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
