Responsibilities

We are looking for engineers with strong coding and engineering skills. The candidate should be comfortable dealing with open problems, new technologies and changing requirements, and should play different roles in the project as the need arises.

The candidate will be working closely with researchers, engineers and internal/external partners and take ownership of meeting project goals through building quality solutions.

This also provides a great opportunity to receive mentoring as well as to mentor and lead interns and other team members.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors/master's in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of Hands-on experience in programming language such as C#, Python, Java.
• Strong technical skills involving problem-solving, design and coding.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Understanding of basic statistics and data visualization.
• Industry experience working on machine learning or systems software.
• Knowledge of agile or iterative Software Development Life Cycle.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Cross team and cross org collaboration.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in Data Science and shipping ML models into production will be preferred for AI/ML projects.
• Should have a good understanding of deep learning and large-scale ML concepts.
• Should have a good understanding and experience in systems software (e.g. database systems or distributed systems).
