The Cloud Manufacturing Operations and Fulfilment (CMOF) team within CSCP features a world class Logistics team that is on a mission to create the most sustainable, efficient, and innovative cloud logistics network on the planet. As a Cloud Logistics Operations Manager in the CMOF team you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing, logistics, distribution and supply chain operations across multiple geographies. This role requires a strong understanding of cross-Geo shipments, Incoterms, import/export trade compliance, and project management. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute global and regional supply chain strategies for datacenter hardware logistics, inventory management, and distribution, with strong understanding of incoterms and import/export trade compliance.
- Support and lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement across the logistics supply chain infrastructure and partner relationships.
- Contribute to the development and interpretation of data-driven recommendations based on logistics network modelling, benchmarking, and financial analysis.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to solve complex logistics and supply chain issues.
- Optimize transportation routes, reduce freight costs, minimize damages and replacement costs, and improve operational performance efficiency through SOPs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND extensive experience in logistics, distribution, and supply chain management, with a focus on cross-Geo shipments, import/export trade compliance, and project management.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience working with high value asset / tech logistics.
- Master’s degree and professional certifications in logistics and supply chain management preferred; proven track record of managing and optimizing logistics and supply chain operations.
- Experience in developing and implementing trade compliance policies and programs; strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the logistics supply chain, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and network modelling tools; excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills;
