As a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect in the Enterprise Commercial Cloud Solutions Architecture team, you will partner closely with large enterprise customers in the United Arab Emirates to envision and realize their digital transformation. You will help them shape what is possible with cloud technologies, collaborating with senior stakeholders to align technical strategy with national and industry ambitions.
In this role, you will use your deep expertise in Azure infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and application platforms to design and lead complex, cross-functional engagements. You will guide customers through architecture decisions, implementation approaches, and adoption plans that unlock business value while ensuring security, resilience, and cost effectiveness. Working across Microsoft and partner teams, you will orchestrate the right experts, drive clarity in complex environments, and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes from their cloud investments.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively act as the voice of the customer and partner, identifying and translating customer problems into industry solutions aligned with Microsoft product and platform strategy, and helping customers accelerate adoption and use of cross-solution cloud architectures.
  • Lead strategic opportunities and complex engagements with enterprise customers and partners, providing technical support, proof of concept guidance, and architectural direction to drive solution utilization and consumption growth.
  • Drive customer and partner experience through efficient, well-governed delivery, anticipating and mitigating blockers, and ensuring a seamless, connected journey that results in value realization and high satisfaction.
  • Provide thought leadership and technical mentorship by leading readiness and upskilling activities, shaping intellectual property and methodologies, and contributing to internal and external technical communities and events.
  • Leverage market and industry insights to identify new cross-solution opportunities, guide customers toward secure, resilient, artificial intelligence–enabled, and optimized solutions, and orchestrate virtual teams across Microsoft to execute against shared business goals.


Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
