As an Executive Business Administrator supporting the global leader of Digital Enterprise Sales, you will serve as a trusted partner at the center of a global organization, managing complex executive operations, strategic calendar and travel planning, communications, and leadership team rhythms. You will anticipate business needs, navigate competing priorities, and help drive seamless execution across a fast-paced, highly visible business. Working closely with leaders and key stakeholders, you will enable the executive to focus on business priorities while helping foster an engaged, high-performing leadership culture.

Responsibilities
- Based on a deep knowledge of business and executive needs, you will provide highly strategic calendar management. You’ll also maintain strategic alliances inside and outside the company by proactively driving communication between executives, central teams, and other business partners.
- You will drive strategic oversight and direction for discipline development by assessing discipline capabilities to encourage a growth mindset environment. You’ll also showcase leadership by demonstrating executive presence, encouraging others to raise their own standards, and setting a foundation for success.
- You will provide strategic oversight into event vision and manage overall events, including promotion, communication, and resource allocation. You’ll also own expense management for the executive office, partnering with finance on all aspects of budgets.
- Working with executive leaders and Chiefs of Staff, you will create, build, and manage the annual rhythm of business (ROB). You’ll also prepare the team for the ROB cadence, while helping to manage workloads across multiple Rhythm Of Business(ROBs).
- You will work with Executive Travel to coordinate travel arrangements for the Executive Office. This will involve creating detailed itineraries, managing all travel logistics and documents, and occasionally accompanying leaders on business trips.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
- 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31.49 - $51.97 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $42.93 - $59.33 per hour.
