Overview

Leads customer engagements to identify, qualify, prioritize, and accelerate sales opportunities while aligning solutions to business goals and AI-powered transformation strategies. Uses market intelligence, whitespace analysis, and predictive insights to uncover growth opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive customer value. Partners across internal teams and external partners to deliver cloud, AI, and security solutions, improve forecasting accuracy, and support customer success through trusted advisor relationships.



Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Lead discussions with customer stakeholders and decision makers to identify and advance sales opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Drive AI, cloud, and security transformation conversations aligned to customer priorities.
  • Collaborate with ATU, CSU, ISD, GPS, and partner teams to orchestrate and close opportunities.
  • Address customer feedback, mitigate risks, and develop recovery or growth plans when needed.

Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales and consumption pipeline.
  • Use market, renewal, consumption, and usage data to prioritize opportunities.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and forecasting activities to achieve business targets.
  • Leverage AI-enabled sales tools, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency and growth.
  • Drive customer adoption, expansion opportunities, and renewal success.

Sales Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, whitespace opportunities, and customer needs to develop sales strategies.
  • Align Microsoft solutions with customer business objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Identify market gaps and growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Support solution development and cross-functional execution plans.
  • Promote Microsoft's differentiated value across AI, cloud, and security offerings.



Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders in both written and verbal business environments.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • 3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience
