As the SME&C Strategy, Content & Transformation Lead for the Small, Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) Strategy and Planning Team, you will influence the strategy to address a large market opportunity and drive transformation across a digital and scalable business. You will capture and distill strategic priorities, changes, and plans into easily understandable, actionable content that accelerates adoption and enables transparent progress measurement across all sub-segments and partnering teams. In this pivotal role, you will unify diverse teams and strategies into one cohesive set of priorities, ensuring clarity, actionability, and alignment for the entire group.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Small, Medium Enterprises and Channel segment strategy for the current fiscal year and two-year horizon, culminating in the annual business memorandum and strategic roadmap.
- Translate complex strategic priorities into compelling executive narratives, leadership communications, and field-ready content that drives clarity, alignment, and execution.
- Own end-to-end change management for major business transformations, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, readiness activities, and adoption strategies.
- Partner across segment, solution area, and functional teams to consolidate diverse priorities into a single, cohesive set of business objectives and execution plans.
- Define and execute success measures to track adoption, business impact, and return on strategic investments, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, business risks, and growth levers through data analysis, field feedback, and strategic planning processes.
- Lead cross-functional virtual teams to successfully land strategic initiatives, ensuring stakeholders understand, adopt, and execute against key business changes.
- Drive continuous improvement of planning, communications, and landing mechanisms to create a more digital, scalable, and effective business operating model.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 5+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Sales Strategy Enablement IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
