With a vision to "Build and sell intelligent cloud and intelligent edge solutions with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more," Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) is responsible for driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions–at scale! The Global Partner GTM, Programs, & Operations (GPO) organization within GCPS brings together the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments.

We are seeking a Marketing Technology Program Manager who will engage across marketing, engineering, compliance, AI and security to lead the launch and adoption of the Structured Web (SW) marketing platform and other GTM tools (e.g. PUPP), driving partner engagement and top of the funnel demand generation. You will develop change management strategies, onboarding resources, and cross-functional collaboration to support platform launch, maintenance and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines program management excellence with marketing technology expertise, using data, stakeholder influence, and change management to increase partner adoption, campaign execution, and pipeline generation.



Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end launch and ongoing management of marketing platforms and tools encompassing partner journey, asset/campaign creation, partner metrics and communication plan
  • Develop a holistic change management plan to ensure all stakeholders (internal and external) are aware of and trained on the marketing platform and tools; develop resources and documentation such as landing decks, SharePoint, demos, FAQs, Guides, videos for change management and partner onboarding
  • Drive partner digital marketing benefit consumption (e.g. CiaB, AI partner program packages) and partner engagement by driving usage of GTM tools like PMC Pro platform and PUPP, defining new internal and external communication strategies, mechanisms, and resources based on new platforming and strategic partner targeting
  • Define to-partner marketing campaigns for external communication strategies and mechanisms regarding general amplification of PMC Pro platform and PUPP tool to drive ongoing awareness and engagement
  • Work closely with platform development team, agencies and relevant stakeholders to enable them to develop, refresh and maintain content on the platform
  • Develop and execute platform product improvement roadmap working across different teams within Microsoft and incorporating partner feedback
  • Incorporate partner point of view (POV) by collecting, assessing, and implementing their feedback through various mediums (e.g., feedback sessions, online community boards) with support from others.


Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years working directly with partner ecosystem, the ability to provide valuable business and technical guidance to them and to secure their commitment to use business solutions
  • Technical understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and the work that partners do to develop, build-upon, and extend cloud solutions
  • Experience creating and delivering scalable plans from concept to delivery, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, effectively driving to measurable results.
  • Ability to effectively work cross-team in ambiguous and changing environments, along with excellent listening and partnering skills. Must be comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment, and leading program v-teams or workstreams aligned to shared goals and measures.
  • Proficient storytelling skills and passion for delighting partners, advocating on their behalf, creating great partner experiences, and understanding the linkage between these experiences and business success
  • Demonstrated experience proposing, creating, and managing executive-level proposals and presentations
  • Experience interacting confidently with senior leaders in a highly-matrixed organization to present/defend/clarify concerns or issues regarding an existing project, program, or solution. This includes the ability to confidently address difficult questions, handle pushback from a high-level audience, and maintain an executive demeanour while engaging in challenging or sometimes high-pressure situations
  • Periodic travel is required


Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
