As a Program Manager on the Sales Onboarding Readiness team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering world-class, role-based onboarding experiences. You will lead the onboarding strategy for specific MCAPS roles, partnering closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, validate, and scale impactful programs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Onboarding Strategy: Design and deliver onboarding programs that accelerate readiness for roles across aligned solution areas, ensuring alignment with MCAPS priorities and business outcomes.
  • Program Management Excellence: Own end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Solution Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, Integrated Learning stakeholders, and MCAPS enablement teams to ensure onboarding experiences are role-relevant, scalable, and measurable.
  • Curriculum Differentiation: Curate and adapt onboarding content to reflect the unique needs of priority roles, leveraging virtual modalities, agentic-first learning strategies, and role-based skilling plans.
  • Automation & AI Agentic Integration: Leverage automation tools and AI agentic experiences to streamline onboarding workflows, personalize learning journeys, and enhance learner engagement and productivity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the ecosystem, including Sales Managers, Segment Leads, and Learning Strategy Owners, to drive adoption and feedback loops.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Pilot new onboarding formats and technologies to enhance learner engagement and impact.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use learner experience metrics, feedback, and business KPIs to inform program evolution and demonstrate value.
  • Change Leadership: Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in a fast-paced environment, iterating quickly to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 2+ years of experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management, corporate education
    • OR Master's Degree or equivalent 1+ year(s) experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 + years of experience in Program Management & Stakeholder Leadership, including demonstrated experience leading complex onboarding, enablement, sales readiness, or learning programs from strategy through execution, including cross-functional stakeholder management, change leadership, and continuous program improvement.
  • Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience implementing automation and AI agentic learning solutions to improve onboarding efficiency and learner outcomes.
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Growth mindset, resilience, and a passion for learner success and business impact.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling motions and MCAPS solution areas, and how experienced hires build technical and consultative proficiency.
  • Experience applying AI agentic and automation solutions to personalize and scale learning.
  • Background designing measurement systems that connect skill-building to business KPIs.


Integrated Learning & Skilling IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
