As an Azure Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for driving Azure, Data, AI, and Modernization growth across a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage business and technology leaders to identify transformational opportunities, build executive-level business cases, and help customers realize the full value of Microsoft Cloud and AI investments. You will lead a cross-functional virtual team of sales, technical, partner, and services resources to accelerate customer adoption of Azure-based solutions, including Agentic AI, Unified Data Platforms, and application modernization initiatives. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, business acumen, technical credibility, and the ability to orchestrate complex engagements that deliver meaningful business impact and long-term customer value.
Responsibilities
- Drive Executive Engagement and Vision Creation - Establish trusted relationships with business and technology decision-makers, creating executive alignment around Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions. Develop compelling transformation visions that inspire customer commitment and influence long-term strategic investments.
- Accelerate Growth Through Partner Ecosystems - Collaborate closely with strategic partners, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and priority ISVs to co-sell integrated solutions, unlock new opportunities, and deliver measurable business outcomes for customers.
- Develop Business Cases and Win Competitive Deals - Build compelling business cases, solution proposals, and commercial strategies that demonstrate tangible business value. Leverage Microsoft programs, incentives, and offers to negotiate, close, and expand strategic opportunities while effectively differentiating against competitors.
- Drive AI and Agentic Transformation - Help customers accelerate their AI transformation journey by identifying, shaping, and executing high-impact opportunities across Agentic AI, Data Platforms, Analytics, and Application Modernization, guiding projects from ideation through production deployment and measurable business value realization.
- Lead Complex Strategic Sales Pursuits - Orchestrate large-scale, multi-million-dollar cloud, data, AI, and modernization engagements by leading virtual teams across sales, technical, industry, services, partner, licensing, and legal stakeholders to achieve successful customer outcomes.
- Deliver Sales Excellence and Business Performance - Consistently exceed revenue, Azure consumption, and strategic solution targets through disciplined opportunity management, pipeline development, accurate forecasting, and execution excellence.
- Champion the Voice of the Customer - Act as a trusted advocate for customers by sharing market insights, customer feedback, and industry best practices to influence Microsoft product innovation, go-to-market strategies, and solution development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of enterprise technology sales experience, with a proven track record of leading and closing large-scale cloud transformation engagements.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, including Infrastructure Migration, Data Platforms, AI solutions, and Application Modernization.
- Proven ability to develop executive business cases, influence strategic customer decisions, and deliver measurable business outcomes through technology transformation.
- Experience leading virtual teams and orchestrating resources across sales, technical, services, partner, licensing, and legal organizations to successfully close strategic opportunities.
