Overview

Microsoft's Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) organization is responsible for accelerating customer success and Microsoft growth through a world-class ecosystem of System Integrators, Advisory firms, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and strategic partners.

We are seeking an experienced Partner Solution Sales (PSS) – Cross Solutions professional to lead partner-led growth across our Enterprise business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, partner management, and ecosystem development, helping Microsoft's most strategic partners build differentiated solutions, accelerate customer transformation, and drive measurable business outcomes across AI, Cloud, Security, Data, and Business Applications.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, trusted advisor, and exceptional orchestrator who can align Microsoft field teams, partner executives, and technical resources to unlock growth and accelerate co-sell impact.

The candidate will connect partners with sales teams and drives increased awareness in new solution and industry offerings that can be applied across accounts to move sales forward. Engages partners and co-sellers proactively to ensure right co-sell prioritization and pipeline coverage to support targets. Leverages resources and programs across accounts to support partner co-sell pipeline velocity and alleviate friction points. Maintains and stays up to date on Microsoft's sales compliance processes.

This Thailand-based role will support both the Thailand and Vietnam markets.



Responsibilities

Drive Partner-Led Sales Growth

  • Lead partner co-sell strategies and execution plans that accelerate Microsoft revenue, customer acquisition, renewals, and consumption growth.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Identify and accelerate high-value customer opportunities in collaboration with Microsoft sellers, technical teams, and partner stakeholders.
  • Leverage investments, incentives, and sales programs to maximize pipeline velocity and win rates.

Build Strategic Partner Sales Plans

  • Develop comprehensive business and solution-area sales plans with assigned partners.
  • Align partner growth strategies with Microsoft's core customer priorities, including AI transformation, cloud modernization, security, and data solutions.
  • Establish measurable business objectives, success metrics, and execution cadences to drive accountability and results.

Accelerate Co-Sell Excellence

  • Lead regular pipeline reviews, deal acceleration sessions, and executive business discussions with partners.
  • Remove blockers and coordinate resources to advance strategic opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft co-sell programs, marketplace motions, and partner investments.
  • Ensure operational rigor, forecast accuracy, and execution excellence across the partner sales lifecycle.

Grow Partner Capability and Capacity

  • Assess partner sales maturity, solution capabilities, and growth opportunities.
  • Help partners build differentiated offerings and strengthen capabilities across Microsoft's solution areas.
  • Collaborate with Partner Development Managers, Partner Solution Architects, Partner Technology Strategists, and sales teams to build scalable partner practices.
  • Promote continuous learning, best-practice sharing, and partner readiness programs.

Orchestrate the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem

  • Connect partners across Microsoft's ecosystem to unlock new market opportunities and create differentiated customer solutions.
  • Foster partner-to-partner collaboration that combines complementary capabilities and accelerates marketplace growth.
  • Influence senior partner executives and Microsoft leadership through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.



Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partner sales, alliance management, business development, solution sales, consulting sales, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships or indirect sales models.
  • Experience working with C-level stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology trends, cloud platforms, AI, digital transformation, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.

Preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in partner ecosystem, cloud, consulting, software, or technology industries.
  • Experience working with Systems Integrators, Advisory firms, ISVs, or cloud ecosystem partners.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft AI, Azure, Security, Data, Modern Work, or Business Applications solutions.
  • Experience with strategic account planning, co-sell frameworks, marketplace motions, and executive business planning.
  • MBA or advanced business degree.
