Role Description

This is a 12 month mat cover FTC working across Natwest.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership of the NatWest Addressable strategy team, ensuring client services and ad operations operate as one unit.
  • Building strong relationship with senior Omnicom agency stakeholders.
  • Maintain best practice in all NatWest and Omnicom processes throughout the team.
  • Point of escalation for any challenging circumstances.
  • Responsible for career development of individuals in the team. Establish goals and making sure individuals are supported to achieve them.
  • Be seen as a programmatic expert by internally and externally across key accounts.
  • Support IPG agencies in pitch responses and the pitch itself – responsible for delivering programmatic strategy as well as presentation of it.
  • Working with the team to deliver innovative products to generate revenue opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of the digital media industry and media market dynamics
  • Excellent understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and key players (DSPs, AD Exchanges, Networks, SSPs)
  • Team leadership and management experience
  • Dealing at director level
  • Ability to navigate large and complex client organization
  • Ability to integrate and co-operate with different business functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
  • Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies
  • Experience overseeing all their client/clients outputs directly or indirectly (via team) and ensuring excellence in response to briefs, campaign management and client comms.
  • Experience with statistics and related analysis methodologies
  • Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results
  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and be a self-starter
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
