Position Summary

In this role you'll be responsible for world class innovation in OOH and it's integration into brand planning. This includes strategy, ideation, technical activation and partner relations.

We are looking for an energetic, self-starter who is confident and passionate about sports and the Nike brand.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Briefings - Client facing and partner facing

Strategy, Brainstorming & Ideation - Creative strategic insights, hosting brainstorms, development with partners and cities

Response to Briefs - Lead large scale response to briefs with energy and technical knowhow

Partner Knowledge and Relations - Growing a large EMEA network of top-quality partners within a developing landscape

Technical Activation - Implementing ideas, translating strategies and concepts into actionable activations on a local level

Project Management - Develop concepts, stakeholder management, on the ground project management

Inspiration & Agency Integration - Host inspiration sessions, develop strong cross-agency relationships and establish best in class ways of working

Desired Skills & Experience

- 8-10 years in an innovation / experience-based role (production house, media/creative agency, brand or creative event production)

- Passionate, experienced and knowledgeable on how to ideate, collaborate and bring best in class OOH experiences and innovation to EMEA.

- True out of the box ambition, ideas and executional know how for real world executions and brand experiences - making the impossible, possible and bringing concepts through to execution for the most exciting brand concepts at Nike.

- Master at presentations & presenting, communicating & client service, stakeholder management and project management.

- Able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic team culture.

- Fluent spoken, written English - other EMEA languages a bonus

-Ability to travel within EMEA frequently
