Mediabrands Content Studio (MBCS) is a media-born content studio powered by audience-informed creativity. From viral TikTok activations to high-performance paid media and influencer partnerships, we help brands stay culturally relevant and digitally effective.
We’re looking for a detail-savvy Senior Project Executive – Social & Digital who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings order to creative chaos. You’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital-first campaigns across social, paid media, influencer marketing, and content creation. As the bridge between clients and internal teams, you’ll ensure briefs are clear, timelines are met, and campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on point. You'll report to the Project Director.

Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of social and digital campaigns, including organic, paid, influencer, and video initiatives, from kickoff through to execution.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, and content teams to coordinate workflows, dependencies, and campaign deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and resource plans to ensure milestones are met and resources are optimally allocated.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, aligning expectations, managing feedback cycles, and securing timely approvals.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of campaign assets for social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, as well as for digital placements including display and native advertising.
- Work alongside strategy and media teams to track campaign performance metrics, milestones, and budgets, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Review all content to ensure compliance with digital platform specifications, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Lead and facilitate both internal and client-facing meetings by preparing agendas, documenting action items, and providing clear status updates.
- Manage relationships and deliverables with third-party vendors, freelancers, and influencers as needed to support campaign execution.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues, communicating them early to stakeholders and ensuring projects remain on time and on brief.
Ideally...
- You have 2-4 years of project management experience in a digital agency, creative studio, or social-first environment
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and advertising formats
- Experience managing client-facing communications, timelines, and approvals
- Familiarity with paid media execution (Meta, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads) a plus
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Trello, or similar)
- Comfortable working with creators/influencers and navigating dynamic timelines
- Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Bonus: You’ve managed projects involving video production, influencer campaigns, or rapid-turn content calendars
