Onevue is Kenvue’s dedicated global agency within IPG MediaBrands. We are a global network across 49 markets that pulls on expert resource from across the IPG MediaBrands portfolio, to be a genuine extension of Kenvue’s marketing team. Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be a key point of contact for mid-senior level clients and be responsible for managing the delivery of the agency’s services to our clients. You will bring together the respective subject-matter experts from across the various Business Units and drive collaboration that meets the client need (local planning teams, strategy, analytics and global specialists). You will set and maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and excellence in all client deliverables.
To gain the respect and trust of all relevant client personnel by demonstrating knowledge, commitment and enthusiasm for their business:
- Deliver ‘best-in-class’ work as the standard for both internal & external documents and presentations
- Manage a range of regular deliverables with agility, flexibility and a can-do attitude
- Understand the key priorities outlined for the year and work with stakeholders to ensure progress
- Support local market teams to ensure their strategies, plans and overall multi-channel delivery comply with the central brief and strategy
- Foster deep and productive relationships with local Kenvue teams, share best-practices from across the region, escalate challenges to the regional leaders and celebrate successes in the regional forums.
- Critically analyse data and input from local Ovevue planning teams to generate insights and access the right level of detail. Embrace and contribute to regular central and regional team forums on calls, in meetings and within collaboration spaces such as Microsoft Teams and Asana to build the shared culture across Kenvue and wider UM teams
- Ability to both identify and solve problems
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working agency-side in an international or local media agency role
- Basic understanding of brand building theories such as Science of Brand Growth by Byron Sharp.
- Hands on media planning experience
- Great verbal & written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and pro-active, always looking to make positive contribution and get involved
- Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration
- Great project management skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once and experience of using project management tools such as Asana.
- Comfortable with using excel
