Position Summary & Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Product Management is responsible for the product vision and execution of addressable campaign optimization, including AI-powered, automated custom bidding and budget reallocation within the Activation Console in Interact. This role leads product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: requirements gathering and prioritization with stakeholders, defining the product vision and roadmap, partnering with data science on models and prototypes, working with design and engineering to develop features, and managing product releases. You’ll also collaborate closely with product marketing and client success teams to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive global user adoption.

The ideal candidate is a motivated and innovative product manager who is an expert in the addressable advertising ecosystem (big bonus if you’re knowledgeable about Search, Social and Programmatic Buying platforms such as DSPs and platform integrations). We want to find someone who is collaborative, thinks outside the box, and is excited to leverage AI and innovation solutions to transform the way addressable media buying and campaign optimizations are done today.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of a Product Vision and communicate its narrative through short-term and long-term roadmaps
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of clients within the media activation and addressable campaign optimization space, and closely engage with stakeholders across the organization at a detailed level to solicit ideas, generate buy-in, and drive product requirements
  • Prioritize feature execution against the strategic goals, business value creation, and expected outcomes from across the larger business
  • Serve as subject matter expert on addressable media campaign optimization and advertising technologies
  • Work closely with data science and engineering to productize prototypes and build data pipelines to scale solutions
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams and business subject matter experts to integrate functionality across the Kinesso ecosystem
  • Work with design team to develop UX/UI wireframes and mock-ups and validate designs with stakeholders
  • Manage scrum team towards a healthy balance of innovation, technical debt reduction, and day to day maintenance and support

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in product management e working on high performing, cross functional teams
  • Knowledge or experience with advertising technologies (i.e. DSPs, Search & Social Buying Platforms, SSPs, Ad Servers, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate business needs, surface strategic opportunities, and propose product solutions
  • Proven track record of setting product development targets and delivering results
  • Comfortable working with data scientists and understanding concepts behind AI, machine learning algorithms, and models
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Collaborative, energetic, and hands-on team player.
  • Superior organization skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects, priorities, and tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and senior leadership
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and strong understanding of product management principles
  • Experience working with distributed teams a plus
