The Opportunity

The Senior Programmatic Executive supports the planning and execution of programmatic campaigns, working closely with the planning team and offshore Campaign Specialists. This role requires hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization across digital channels. You will apply your strong understanding of programmatic technologies and industry innovations to assist in implementing campaign strategies and best practices. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, providing data-driven insights, and identifying opportunities to enhance results and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client leads and the Programmatic Manager to respond to media briefs by supporting the development of media plans and communicating digital strategies and tactical rationales.
  • Work with campaign specialists to execute and manage programmatic campaigns, across platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Conduct quality checks on campaign setups to minimize errors and ensure accuracy.
  • Support campaign success by monitoring media buying and partner performance, optimizing toward media metrics and business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights for improving efficiency and results. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients and internal teams, highlighting key trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Identify and escalate potential performance or technical issues promptly, contributing to effective resolution with clear action plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with programmatic platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to implement innovative approaches.

Ideally

  • At least 1 year of experience in programmatic planning and campaign management, preferably within an agency or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk with a good understanding of demand-side platforms (DSPs), ad networks and exchanges, ad serving, third-party measurement and verification.
  • Working knowledge of Google marketing stack
  • Has a high attention to detail when practicing quality assurance and due diligence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional and cross-cultural team. Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting campaign performance updates to clients.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
