We’re looking for a 360 Account Manager to take the lead on integrated media planning and account management for a dynamic portfolio of local and international clients. You’ll be the connector between strategy, execution, and client vision — working across departments to ensure our campaigns don’t just run, they perform.
Your Role in a Nutshell
360° Media Planning

Turn client briefings into actionable, cross-channel media plans.

Collaborate with in-house specialists (Strategy, Kinesso, Magna, DRI, Orion…) to build impactful strategies.

Present full-funnel connection plans and proposals with confidence and clarity.

Oversee implementation and ensure tactical alignment.

Share insights, spot trends, and keep clients informed and inspired.

Use internal tools and systems in line with national and regional guidelines.

Manage the day-to-day media activities across your accounts.

Align consistently with internal teams and partners to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Account Management

Build lasting, trust-based relationships with your clients.

Anticipate their needs — not just in media, but in business and communication.

Be their go-to advisor: expert, responsive, and reliable.

Cultivate strong ties with marketing/media decision-makers.

Offer proactive ideas, solutions, and thought leadership.

Monitor satisfaction (NPS), and act quickly to enhance client experience.

Be a key contact not only for clients, but also for agency partners and vendors.

Join pitch processes and help win new business.
Budget Management

Oversee client budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective campaigns.

Monitor approvals, spending, and profitability throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Manage billing processes and swiftly resolve any financial issues.
