ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful candidate will oversee and manage a range of strategic ad tech specialisms ensuring their activation and governance success across all Global regions. They will attend regular client and agency meetings covering operations, taxonomy governance, Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) and new process reviews and evolution such as ecommerce. Being the point person for client operations, accountable for creation, deployment and governance of tech and channel specific operational process. Working closely with clients and agency teams to on-board and deliver successful rich media campaigns leveraging first and 3rd party data, AdOps best practise and client requirements success factors.
- Client and agency team process analysis, documentation and enforcement.
- Project management and expert knowledge in all milestone requirements for rich media and ad tech platform activation
- Successful management of offshore and local agency team campaign activation.
- Accountable for meeting AdOps SOW
- Reporting to and updating Global Client Operations Director for Dyson.
- Ensure regular team and agency training around campaign activation process and taxonomy governance.
- Develop watertight QA processes to ensure data governance, accuracy and activation success
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver and support Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) including Kinesso proprietary platforms (Taxonomies/MIE) across all regions.
- Support Regional Ops leads with per-market solutions to adapt to regional ad tech variations
- Co-ordination with agency, client and DCO teams around process and steps to campaign execution.
- Project managing critical rich media campaigns and ad tech deployments
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of AdOps campaigns and reports
- Manage a small off-shore team across campaign activation and tech.
- Work with closely with AdOps Reporting and Dashboard team to deliver weekly taxonomy compliance scorecards and insights.
- Work with the Global Client Operations Director of Dyson to develop strong campaign management solutions, projects and align on regional processes, tools and support.
- Creation and upkeep of client Operations process playbook. Precise, accurate documentation. Use for market training and always keep updated.
- Often work directly with local planners, creative agencies and/or publishers to ensure campaigns are correctly briefed, trafficked and troubleshoot issues as required
- Troubleshoot ad operation related issues and support team members
- Work with multiple ad servers (CM360/, Flashtalking etc.) and 3rd party brand safety vendors
- Investigate discrepancies if/when they arise- assist local markets in troubleshooting escalated issues
- Promote best practices to ensure AdOps is the digital centre of excellence.
- Work alongside reporting and analytics teams to ensure a high level of data quality is adhered to
- Governance of taxonomy across all markets, campaigns, and channels though Kinesso tools.
- Completing monthly client executive summaries highlighting key client call outs and achievements
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a personable, well organised candidate who is proficient in the below. You will have an obsessive eye for detail and desire to optimise and automate where possible.
- Desire to lead and work directly with clients to deliver existing or new projects
- Solid Experience in trafficking with major ad serving providers – CM360 essential.
- Experience in trafficking rich media and DCO
- Experience working with and troubleshooting web analytics issues such as GA or Adobe
- Commercially minded
- Experience in taxonomies and process governance is essential.
- Documentation and project management – respects standardisation and its benefits
- Good Excel skills and experience
- Good PowerPoint skills and experience
- Great presenting skills
- HTML and JavaScript knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written skills with great attention to detail
