About the Role:
Kinesso Malaysia is on the lookout for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital media, performance marketing, and data-driven results. In this role, you’ll lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across key platforms for our top-tier clients.

As a senior team member, you will not only manage campaigns but also mentor junior team members, support strategic planning, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure we exceed client expectations.

You’ll be part of a high-performance team within the Mediabrands network, driving innovation and performance in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution and daily management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.

  • Translate client objectives into effective, data-led digital marketing strategies.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against client KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis, create actionable insights, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, media planning) to align on campaign execution and ensure consistent messaging and performance.

  • Ensure campaign pacing, budget tracking, and timely delivery of performance reports.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and performance best practices to continuously improve campaign outcomes.

  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and quality control on campaign set-ups and reporting.

  • Participate in strategic planning, brainstorms, and new business pitches when required.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 4- 6 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and major social platforms.

  • Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, tracking, and attribution models.

  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, DV360, or similar tools.

  • Ability to build and optimize campaigns from scratch, with a keen eye for detail and performance.

  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence in handling campaign data to derive meaningful insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex digital concepts.

  • Experience in client-facing roles with proven relationship management skills.

  • Strong project management and time management capabilities – able to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude, and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
