Position Overview

Seeking a Client Servicing Lead for our Mexico location. We are looking for an individual with exceptional skills and experience in client relationship management, project management, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for effective communication. Experience in media planning, buying, and activation is a definite plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agency partners to understand complex issues and identify effective solutions
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and provide insights to drive business growth
  • Embrace the opportunity for personal and professional growth
  • Be open to expanding responsibilities and exploring new avenues to benefit the organization
  • Analyse and dissect complex issues to develop innovative and effective solutions
  • Act as a problem-solving resource for both clients and internal teams
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion (Transition team from one country to another / Onboard large volume of people / Define new ways of working for a hybrid model between multiple locations and languages)
  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently, meeting deadlines and achieving desired outcomes
  • Articulate ideas, thoughts, and plans clearly and effectively to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Support escalation process and solve issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports to convey information and recommendations
  • Foster and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with clients and various stakeholders
  • Connect with different stakeholders to ensure a harmonious working atmosphere and optimal client satisfaction
  • Possess experience in media planning, buying, and activation
  • Utilize this expertise to provide valuable insights and enhance client campaigns

Qualification - Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in client servicing and project management in the advertising, marketing, or media industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the advertising and media industry
