ABOUT THE ROLE

Time in the role is split between the Honda Motors EMEA team and the PGIM Global team, providing a fantastic opportunity to gain experience both regionally and globally.
Reporting into the Account Manager, the Account Executive will act as a key support in all projects including regional audience analysis, media/process guidelines & media strategies, central activations, reporting, market coordination, liaison with creative agencies as well as all administrative tasks – ensuring consistency in the process & output across all campaigns run from the central team. Your Account Director will also be committed to making sure we unlock and develop your talent to be the best that you can be in an environment that will make you flourish in a relentless pursuit of better.
We work with regional clients based across the globe, as well as several local clients around Europe. The successful candidate will be joining a team of highly skilled media strategy, analytics and digital specialists, and be part of an energetic and vibrant team of some of the most important strategic accounts for the agency. The candidate will master attention to detail, love creating innovative big ideas, will have a keen interest in the digital landscape, including new and emerging social platforms, and be passionate about learning about comms planning.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning
- Participate in briefing meetings with clients and partner agencies;
- Support the team in the development of regional audience and channel work analysis and insights, as well as regional media strategies;
- Support the team in sharing regional work with local markets, and ensuring consistency and alignment in-market;
- Become fluent in the usage of all relevant industry and proprietary agency tools and assist the team as required.
- Plan and execute ad-hoc campaigns across social, programmatic & display;
- Liaising with Social and Programmatic teams to ensure all responses and media plans are delivered on time and to standard
- Work with manager to generate tags for campaigns
- Work closely and collaboratively with partner agencies (creative, PR etc).
- Liaise with local markets Globally
- Supporting team to deliver strategy, media plans, reporting and analysis to the client
Account Management
- Support the administrative part of the account including updating admin/status documents, organising meetings, and taking minutes
- Working with markets to gather data for internal reporting systems and general requests
- Become team go to person for pulling data from industry/agency tools, such as competitive information and audience insight data.
Market Coordination
- Support the coordination of local market activity;
- Accurately record and maintain the PO tracking for all campaigns;
- Ensure markets are adhering to the processes required on the account;
- Own the monthly investment tracking for the business
You must
- Be passionate about all thing's media including an interest in human behaviour and passions, culture, and insight as well as strong desire to learn about media channel planning and ecommerce
- Be analytical and curious. Having a critical eye on information given to you checking that it is clear and consistent
- Have a fearless attitude, with a workplace ethic that brings constant positive energy, curiosity, and inquisitiveness ready with a radically open, challenging, and engaging approach
- Be a confident user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and have the ability to story tell through presentations
- Excellent attention to detail as well as agile organisational and prioritisation skills and dynamically open to adaption across a diverse workload
- Have far-reaching ambitions always setting the benchmark for what a progressive business looks like
- Have strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Have numerical skills
