Role Overview

As the agency of More Pilot, Less Auto, your role will be crucial to the agency, ensuring that we steer the right path for efficiency, transformation and operational excellence.

We are looking for someone organised and keen to learn, who wants to be part of a lively fast paced agency. You will be a natural problem solver who enjoys getting stuck in and solving challenges as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering data for various reports
  • Check-ins with client teams to ensure they are following standardized processes
  • Junior Mediahub contact for MediaOcean
  • Ensure SharePoint is up to date
  • Escalating to ops leads if there are any blockers to any projects
  • Project support for various projects
  • Learning of any areas of inefficiency within the business and developing a plan for improvement along with Operations Manager and Director and others
  • Liaison with Mediahub departments and client teams providing support and on best practices and processes

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Great attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and ability to multi-task against tight deadlines
  • An interest in the Advertising industry
  • Great problem-solving ability
