Position overview:
This role is a pivotal part of the Biddable team and is responsible for the activation and implementation of strategy across Search, Video, App and Social channels. You will predominantly be working across OLV, specifically You Tube Experience with YT buys and placements is desired in addition to knowledge of contextual channel targeting.
Responsibilities
- Tactical and strategic knowledge of how search, social, app and video platforms work (primarily OLV).
- Day-to day management, reporting and optimisation of client media across our UK team but covering clients that run Europe wide too.
- In depth DR performance knowledge is desired. There will be robust targets and prior experience of working with data and analytic teams is a must, advantageous to have adobe analytics experience and happy to investigate and propose commercial opportunities based on data.
- Build relationships with key media owners and publishers to push them towards a learning framework for clients
- Management of tracking, trafficking and bid management through appropriate tools (e.g: SA360, Campaign Manager, Marin, Sprinklr etc.).
- Oversee, support and develop junior team members in line with core capabilities and client requests.
- Diligent and precise when preparing client performance review presentations.
- Organisation and communication is paramount as you will need to keep clients and account team updated on the status of all activities.
- Be able to manage and prioritize assigned tasks understanding the importance behind projects or asking for clarification.
- An absolute wizard in excel, data turns you on and you talk in numbers.

- Understand individual client needs (including and beyond specific projects) so you can help them be successful in their roles; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well.
- Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility.

Requirements
- Solid experience in OLV (You Tube).
- Be an excellent communicator in all forms.
- Be organised and have exceptional attention to detail.
- Manage up where necessary.
- Ensure that work is delivered with the highest level of quality and integrity.
- Develop positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the goals of the client business.
- Be reliable; be someone the client can trust; have integrity.
