About Us

Mediabrands Content Studio is the in-house content production studio delivering work for all of Mediabrands’ clients. MBCS is a multi-disciplinary team of content producers working across many large global and regional brands.

Role Description

The Influencer Manager plays an essential role in supporting the Head of Influencer in defining, growing and managing the MBCS influencer offer. As part of the MBCS team, you will manage the execution of multiple influencer campaigns across a range of clients. Your role requires a strong understanding of what makes influencer campaigns effective and a flair for generating new business. At MBCS, we aim for excellence and view each new project as an opportunity to set new industry standards.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic planning and implementation

Work closely with the Head of Influencer to refine and implement influencer strategies, ensuring they align with our clients’ media strategies and campaign objectives. Develop detailed project plans to turn ideas into successful campaigns.

Creative ideation and execution

Contribute to the creative development of influencer campaigns with innovative ideas that meet our clients’ strategic objectives. Translate these ideas into actionable campaign elements that deliver on effectiveness.

Influencer engagement

Identify, engage and manage influencer talent, ensuring an excellent fit with our client’s requirements and the wider strategic framework laid out by Strategy and Comms Design Directors. Maintain a proactive approach to managing talent, ensuring ongoing positive relationships and identifying new and exciting talent opportunities on an ongoing basis.

Campaign Management Excellence

Oversee the detail of campaign management, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination. Ensure each campaign component works in harmony to create a compelling narrative that aligns with our clients’ brand objectives.

In-depth Insights

Stay head of trends, consumer behaviour, and cultural shifts in the influencer sector, using them to inform strategic decisions and provide a competitive edge in our campaign offerings.

Cross-Disciplinary Teamwork

Facilitate strong working relationships across different departments. Act as the connective tissue between MBCS and our partners within the Mediabrands family, including Strategy, Comms Design and Analytics.

Budget Oversight

Manage campaign budgets with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Work with the Head of Influencer to review financial models and pricing strategies, ensuring the most beneficial terms for our clients.
