Position Summary
Global performance lead for client and internal teams, overseeing campaigns across search, social and programmatic. This account has an extensive global footprint, covering all regions (NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC).
Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for senior global clients across digital brand and performance campaigns, orchestrating the global onboarding, planning, and activation across all digital channels with an emphasis on performance
- Collaborate closely with the Global Client Lead to develop frameworks for orchestrating a highly complex D2C account with heavy campaign volume and multiple global and regional stakeholders
- Ensure best practices and centrally developed strategies are rolled out and adapted as needed regionally to drive consistency and connectivity across countries. You will ensure teams are fully supported to do their best work and will mobilize the very best resources of the agency to deliver excellence for all deliverables.
- Identify capability / resource gaps and take actions to ensure ongoing outstanding quality of service
- Represent company philosophies and expertise to external parties; including clients and partner agencies

Judge and quantify results of media efforts placed on behalf of our client (i.e., understand/describe impact of results, compare actual results to needs of client) and the ability to translate this data into a story
Required Skills & Experience
- Outstanding account leadership media experience: 10+ years in digital and consulting
- A Digital Leader and expert across search, social and programmatic media
- Senior client leadership experience with experience leading and communicating to C-suite and senior marketing leads
- Demonstrates a strong POV and outlook on performance marketing
- Possesses strong communication skills both in public speaking mastery and in ability to write POVs on complex topics
- Adaptable in fast-paced environments; skilled in building solutions and solving problems across multiple teams and stakeholders
- A collaborator who knows how to navigate organizational dynamics across internal and external teams to ensure success
- Ability to deeply immerse into the client’s business, brand, and principles
Desired Skills & Experience
- D2C experience is ideal, but not required
- Knowledge of Asana or other project management platforms a plus
- Knowledge of or proficiency activating media in platform across various search, social partners and DSPs
- Strong leadership skills

The salary range for this position is posted below.
