Position Summary

You will be the lead for global partnerships for our Audience data stack. Leading new partner conversations and evolving current ones, to find the best mix of data partners, globally. Working with our product leads, across Core Data, Console and Syndication, you will find the optimal solution mix of partners, at the best commercial rate that gives Mediabrands an edge of our competition.

The VP of Global Partnerships is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and evolving Kinesso’s audience partnerships. In this role you will build vendor partnerships for the Product team to leverage our client audience build, insights and analytics needs.

  • Lead the requirements gathering for partner solutions, prioritizing requirements from across the Product leads and directly from users and clients.
  • Establish a governance and reporting function.
  • Ownership of reporting and governance for partnerships, ensuring dedicated tracking of vendors, monitoring usage, and providing regular updates to the business.
  • This will help ensure that the partnerships are managed effectively and that the business is receiving the expected value from them.
  • Work with the Product leads to input into the product roadmap, manage the partner backlog, and plan for feature developments, prioritize internal & external demands with available resources.
  • Recommend new opportunities based on market analysis, industry trends and customer inputs.
  • Document and keep requirements, specifications, and use cases for new partners, new data sources and data features up to date.
  • Be a part of our larger Audience Product team and contribute to the core platform for our organization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and purpose-led individual
  • Adaptable to fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Prior project management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with breadth of analytics partners across channels, industries and consumer funnel.
  • Deep understanding of the roles and functionality of platforms and processes across the agency/client analytics ecosystem.

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
