- This is a full-time hybrid role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Bangkok, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and hiring candidates, as well as developing the employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience 1-2 years with full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Ability to develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Strong interviewing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with social media platforms and other recruitment technology tools
- Experience in the advertising, marketing, or creative fields is a plus
