Position Summary

• This is a full-time hybrid role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Bangkok, with flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and hiring candidates, as well as developing the employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience 1-2 years with full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Ability to develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Strong interviewing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with social media platforms and other recruitment technology tools
• Experience in the advertising, marketing, or creative fields is a plus
