About the Assessment Day
The Assessment Day will be split into different sections and tailored to the roles we have on offer. We want to ensure that you have all the information you need in order to decide whether IPG Mediabrands is the place for you. You’ll have an introduction to our agencies and hear from some of our junior and senior employees about their experiences. We’ll also take you through our employee resource groups, OPEN, and show you around our amazing office space.
Throughout the day you will learn more about each position and ultimately, which role(s) you are most interested in. We will be assessing your skills, behaviours and interests to see which role(s) are most suitable for you and your career aspirations.
The Process
- Applications open on Sunday 11th February.
- If successful you will be contacted by the Talent Team at Mediabrands for a video interview.
- If successful at the video interview, you will be invited to attend the assessment day at our London office.
- The positions will be offered with an asap start date (however, we will take into account notice periods and prior commitments).
Can I apply?
Anyone can apply for the Apprentice roles, so long as the following criteria is met:
- You do not hold a prior qualification at the same or higher level which is similar to this apprenticeship (Level 3 Advertising and Media Executive). A-Levels and below are fine.
- You are not on another Department for Education funded training programme, including another apprenticeship.
- You have the right to work and live in the UK (You cannot begin an apprenticeship on a Student Visa).
- You have lived in the UK, EEA, Gibraltar or Switzerland for at least 3 years.
- GCSE Grade A-C or 9 – 5 in English and Maths is preferable. If you have not achieved a grade C/ 5 and above, you will be required to take a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English alongside your other qualification.
