ROLE OVERVIEW: CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS

The Innovations and Partnerships team is directed towards efforts that create/identify brand building propositions and opportunities, through strategic and deep brand associations/collaborations across media and non-media avenues.

The Partnership teams are based out of Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, and they directly work in liaison with the media planning teams across a portfolio of brands to provide insight and recommendations on strategic partnership and collaboration prospects. The team will be responsible for sourcing relevant opportunities, conceptualizing propositions, and driving projects to closure with the aim of building up the brand based on respective brand requisites.

The successful candidate is expected to come with a strong strategical thinking, coherent knowledge of marketing and branding principles, and should be well versed in written and verbal communication. He/she should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment across teams and should have a curiosity to stay up to date.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work in liaison with the media planning teams for problem canvassing to identify brands’ need-state.
  • Co-ordinate with the planning teams to comprehend brand’s requirement based on topical and tactical media briefing statements and develop a strong understanding of the target consumer segments.
  • Blue sky thinking to carve out solutions for brands by sourcing opportunities and mapping paralleled opportunity prospects with brand requisites and audience persona.
  • Engage with potential partners to analyze and evaluate projects, create rationale and feedback to facilitate partner selection.
  • Conceptualize and create end-to-end propositions and go-to-market for these propositions.
  • Driving cross-team briefings and relaying proposals to the planner and client by building logical rationale around the recommended opportunities.
  • Negotiating partnership terms and driving projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and monitor execution and operational requirements for successful project delivery.
  • Evaluate partnership success through qualitative and quantitative metrics and fine-tune future strategies in accordance.
  • Maintain relationships and discussions with existing partners, while constantly identify new potential partners and initiate contact to explore opportunities and prospects.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and new trends to ensure competitive presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 4 to 5 Media planning/buying and/or marketing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Stronghold in Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong strategical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proactive with readiness to take ownership.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, conscientious, with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
