Position Summary

McCann's Creative and Social&Content Unit is looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing to lead a Influencer’s Mkt Team, develop new impactful strategy for our clients and manage relationships with partners.

The Senior Influencer Mkt will have the opportunity to relate to a team of experts with different backgrounds, and to collaborate with the rest of the company, acquiring different skills and experiences on media, content, creativity and strategy both online and on site.

We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and curious people, who always ask an extra question and love to learn and work with others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of influencer collaborations, from outreach and negotiations to campaign planning and execution
  • Talent Scouting: Expertly identifying national and international talents
  • Client Management: Independently managing multiple clients with a high level of proficiency
  • Multi-channel strategic approach
  • Knowledge of metrics and peculiarities of social channels
  • Ability through tools and a methodological approach, to evaluate and spot the most suitable influencer.
  • Measures and reports the performance of all influencer marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Ability to collaborate with the client and organize and coordinate all the activities, from brief to influencer scouting and deliverables.
  • She/He has to be in touch with talents and managers in order to contract with the influencers.

  • Teamworker
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in influencer marketing campaign.
  • Knowledge of media planning and ecosystem will be considered a Plus
  • Digital PR will be considered a Plus
