Position Summary

Ad Operations serves as the platform experts that support the activation and execution of digital ad campaigns. The candidate will act as the liaison between media counterparts and provides strategic and consultative guidance around ad-technology and marketing-technology alternatives and solutions to support client relationships; acts as data implementation experts and manages data governance. The candidate will evaluate new and existing ad technology and/or vendors and serve as the solutions expert in matching client and agency objectives/measurement to ad-technology solutions. The candidate will interface with multiple clients and/or media agency teams to provide desired solutions/outcomes.

Responsibilities

· Manages and administers digital media campaigns and clients, including all appropriate tagging for many different clients; ensures internal deadlines/implementation are met for successful campaign execution.

· Provides day-to-day guidance and ensures team is knowledgeable and capable of accurate campaign set up

· Manages and administers tracking implementation and reporting

· Serves as the primary point-of-contact for external ad operations vendors/hosting sites/creative agencies for all online advertising technical issues that affect tracking, implementation, data discrepancies or reporting.

· Acts as decision maker in troubleshooting issues.

· Ensures tags are confirmed to have a Data Protection Agreement (DPA) and comply with regulations (e.g., considered GDPR/CCPA compliant)

· Provides day-to-day supervision to a team including reviewing work, coaching on performance, coordinating activities, checking on quality and work progress; generally managing within one account, or multiple small accounts

Required Skills & Experience

· Ability to anticipate, recognize, and clearly define problems using various techniques to systematically analyse, weigh alternatives and propose solutions

· Ability to assess and rank issues and tasks in order of importance for taking action

· Knowledge of technology or measurement ad tech solutions, including platforms

· Previous experience managing existing business relationships, partnerships, and alliances internally and/or externally

· Anticipates, recognizes and clearly defines problems using various techniques to systematically analyze, weigh alternatives and propose solutions

· Kinesso does not require candidate to have a college degree

Desired Skills & Experience

· Team building and leadership skills to manage up/down/laterally; ability to navigate and be effective with multiple personalities

· Experience seeking and curating new business relationships and/or solutions; developing solutions using new or existing processes

· Previous experience developing, coaching, and mentoring team members preferred

The salary range for this position is posted below. $80,000$90,000 USD
