Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Support Engineer to join our team. This role will provide technical support and guidance to end users as well as be the escalation point for support team for both SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online sites. You will play a key role in customizing SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to enhance user experience using out of the box functionality as well as designing and building workflows and forms using tools such as SharePoint Designer and Power Platform. You will also assist with site branding customizations using CSS and PnP PowerShell. Staying up to date with the latest SharePoint and Office 365 features, updates, and best practices, will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, assisting with user adoption and training.
• Research, troubleshoot, and fix SharePoint site issues.
• Customize SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to enhance user experience and optimize content management.
• Update CSS, Themes and Master Pages
• Develop custom SharePoint workflows and forms using SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform, PowerApps and other development tools.
• Perform site administration tasks.
• Develop and maintain training/procedural documentation for support teams.
• Monitor and assume the responsibility of support tickets assigned to the SharePoint queue for prioritization and resolution.
• Assist with Azure B2B guest user accounts Setup and Site invitations as needed.

Requirements

• Previous SharePoint experience with SharePoint Online/O365 and SharePoint on Premise 2019.
• Experience with development tools or languages, including CSS, HTML, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, PowerApps and Power BI.
• Experience maintaining SharePoint users, groups, and permissions.
• Site/content administration experience with SharePoint 2019 and SPO
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Experience with MS Teams and understanding of integration with SharePoint.
• Experience creating custom forms with InfoPath and PowerApps.
• Experience developing custom workflows with SharePoint Designer and Power Automate.
• Experience managing and using SharePoint PowerShell modules (PnP PowerShell scripts).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics a plus.
