Role Summary

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our development team and work to create internal and client-facing applications and websites across our portfolio of agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences for WordPress and SharePoint platforms. Your designs will apply established design principles where applicable, and best practices while focusing on responsive design patterns and principles. You will play a crucial role in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas, and gather feedback to inform design iterations and improvements. Additionally, you will work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into functional websites and SharePoint sites. As a UI/UX Designer, you will optimize user interfaces for usability, accessibility, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design user interfaces and experiences for WordPress and SharePoint platforms, adhering to established design principles and best practices.
• Reviewing and optimizing existing user interfaces for usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design iterations and improvements.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills that allow efficient communication with global stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
• Strong proficiency in UX/UI design tools and software
• Responsive Design patterns and principles experience
• Experience working closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into functional websites and SharePoint sites.
• Experience with Figma
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve design skills.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
