It changes the way of work by connecting other professionals who have committed to being accountable for finishing their most important work. The Focusmate virtual coworking model is rooted in evidence-based approaches to productivity and systems of accountability developed by executive and leadership coaches. It also helps independent workers eliminate procrastination by providing live, peer accountability over 1-hour video sessions. In 2017, Taylor Jacobson founded it in New York, New York.
