Equip’s Director of B2B Marketing will oversee the strategy and execution of all marketing efforts to healthcare providers and payors. Scaling our B2B marketing function will include ownership of key trends and KPIs across new and referring providers; driving insights across our full referral funnel from lead to referral; and strategic ownership and execution of all B2B marketing efforts to build brand awareness, credibility, and trust in Equip among a variety of clinical and payor types as the leading provider of eating disorder treatment.You will determine how we tell our story, mission, and the value we deliver across audiences. The ideal candidate will leverage audience insights, marketing channel strategies, and executional know-how to build trust and engagement with our audiences at-scale – ultimately allowing more patients & families to come into Equip’s door to receive treatment that works.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the insights and strategy across the B2B marketing journey from lead to referral
  • Own key KPIs of marketing qualified leads
  • Develop and partner on execution of all marketing campaigns & content strategies for our healthcare provider and payor audiences to drive patient inquiries through referrals
  • Become a subject matter expert in Equip’s treatment and translate our value propositions into a compelling story that addresses provider challenges, patient needs, and differentiates us from competitors
  • Collaborate closely with our Clinical Partnerships team to empower “boots on the ground” efforts to more effectively engage provider partners in conversations about Equip, deliver key messages, and turn partners into champions
  • Scale development of robust marketing (ie webinars, educational materials, direct mail, etc) campaigns that establish Equip as the eating disorder leading expert
  • Partner with Lifecycle team on audience targeting strategy and data measurement across engagement points

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher7+ years of professional experience in a healthcare marketing role; startup experience preferred
  • Professional, self-motivated individual who has a strong instinct for building and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals through trust & goodwill
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare professionals and organizations and strategic vision for how to nurture partnerships to drive patient acquisition
  • Natural instinct and self-starter mentality
  • A strong sense of ownership in your work and the company's health; high attention to detail and critically thought through solutions will yield the highest quality impact
  • A bias for experimentation and questioning of the status quo
  • A desire to work at a fast-growing health tech startup
