We are seeking a results-oriented, team-focused and mission-driven professional to join our commercial leadership team as Vice President of Patient Acquisition. This person will be a trusted partner to SVP of Growth to develop and drive high-impact strategies to grow our patient census by scaling high quality referral sources and effectively pulling qualified patients through the funnel to starting treatment with Equip. This is a high visibility role with ownership over one of the most important core capabilities of the company. Our ideal candidate will bring skill, tenacity and passion to play an instrumental role to strengthen the company's business strategy, execution against critical priorities and plans to grow and scale, and product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Outline and manage to clear goals and metrics based on business objectives, industry benchmarks, market data and other key factors
  • Develop specific plans for growth by channel, including the funnel activities and metrics that need to be tracked and the resources required to achieve goals
  • Identify and develop plans to realize growth opportunities that align to our service culture, business strategy and goals (this could include patient experience, outreach and engagement)
  • Partner with Equip's marketing team and market leadership to develop unique, differentiated strategies to drive patient acquisition and retention
  • Deploy tactics and campaigns to drive organic patient acquisition, measuring the metrics and impact of each tactic and campaign at every stage in the acquisition pipeline, measuring ROI and impact on growth
  • Partner with marketing to drive execution against patient acquisition and conversion strategies, monitor performance, and deliver strong CAC while meeting growth goals
  • Stay up to date with advancements, trends, and best practices in the mental health patient acquisition space
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for differentiation and improvement

Experience/Education:

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare including growth, provider sales or consumer marketing experience as well as leading strategy development and execution using deep analytics to measure effectiveness and refine strategy
  • Depth and experience in the provider sector
  • Data-driven and strategic orientation to decision making with experience using analytics to optimize programs to deliver maximum ROI
  • Demonstrated strategic thinker and self-starter capable of developing mission critical recommendations and seeing them through in a hands-on way
  • Proven ability to successfully drive outcomes in a high-growth, dynamic, resource-constrained environment
  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
