Strategy & Operations Manager, Growth
DoorDash
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Strategy & Operations Manager to help scale one of DoorDash’s newest Commerce Platform bets (B2B SaaS) as we take it from its 0 to 1 phase to 1 to 100. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product marketing, and digital marketing—you’ll partner with our sales org to scale our GTM, shape positioning and messaging to resonate with Mx, and fuel growth through marketing and product-led funnels, while owning the P&L for net-new restaurants.
You’ll not only define the commercial and growth strategy but also ensure the team hits ambitious targets through disciplined execution. This is a unique opportunity for a builder who’s equally comfortable setting direction, rallying cross-functional teams, and holding a high bar for results as we scale from early pilots to repeatable, sustainable success.
You Will…
- Set and Own Growth Targets: Define ambitious but achievable KPIs and revenue goals; align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver against them.
- Launch & Scale GTM Playbooks: Build and operationalize repeatable playbooks that integrate product marketing, sales, and marketing to drive growth across multiple markets.
- Shape Product Marketing Strategy: Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions; partner with Product to translate customer insights into GTM strategy; build collateral and enablement for sales and field teams.
- Lead Sales Initiatives: Partner with Sales and RevOps to design pipeline strategies, support go-to-market execution, and build scalable acquisition and retention motions.
- Drive Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with Marketing to launch demand generation programs, lifecycle campaigns, and channel strategies that fuel awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Lead insights gathering across customer segments to refine product-market fit and sharpen GTM strategies.
- Measure & Optimize Relentlessly: Own performance dashboards, track progress against targets, and ensure learnings inform ongoing strategy and execution.
- Act as a Builder: Create systems and processes that raise the executional bar while enabling the business to scale efficiently.
We’re Excited About You Because…
- You’re experienced (6–9 years)—with a background spanning Strategy & Ops, Sales Strategy, and/or Growth Marketing at a high-growth tech company or startup.
- You’re a target-setter and achiever—you’ve owned ambitious growth goals before and delivered, with a proven ability to translate strategy into execution and results.
- You’re a top-tier operator—able to break down complex problems, problem-solve creatively, and drive a fast-moving cross-functional ship even when circumstances shift.
- You’re cross-functional to the core—skilled at aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops around shared priorities and motivating teams to deliver at a high bar.
- You have product marketing chops—experienced in crafting positioning, messaging, and GTM launches, and enabling sales teams with the right collateral and tools.
- You’re commercially minded—you understand how to build a pipeline, partner with sales and RevOps, and execute GTM initiatives that drive measurable adoption.
- You thrive in ambiguity—skilled at piloting scrappy experiments, then scaling them into structured, repeatable programs.
- You’re data-driven and outcomes-focused—you use analysis to back strategy, monitor progress, and deliver measurable business impact.
Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience in consulting, banking, Strategy & Ops, with at least 2 years working with sales teams and SaaS products. Experience with Product Marketing and/or Growth Marketing is a plus.
- Proven track record of owning growth metrics, revenue goals, and delivering strong performance against targets.
- Experience driving sales and/or marketing initiatives that resulted in measurable adoption and growth.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills; able to lead high-stakes cross-functional initiatives.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with product positioning, messaging, and GTM frameworks.
- Advanced analytical toolkit (Excel and SQL required).
We expect this position to be filled by 12/16/25.
